A monochrome look is totally a petite girl’s best friend and a standard of chic either your dressing up or down. When it comes to denim on denim i like to mix and match different kinds of washes. It’s more playful that way. The shades of denim is a great way to highlight or hide areas of your body. This type of dressing is nothing new, it’s actually one of the staple outfits especially around Spring and Summer. What i love the most, is that it’s also very forgiving to the body. It works to most body type. I actually want my top to be lighter and the bottom to be darker that way it’s slimming around the tummy, buttocks and legs area. If you want that early 90’s vibe, high waist jeans and chambray ruffle top is a great mix.  Tucked in your denim or chambray top then pair it with your trusty loafers or sneakers.  I like that urban vintage look that’s totally a classic and comfy for everyday around Spring and Summer.
