Be Instagram Ready with Mother and Daughter Coordinating Outfits at Target

    Our Outfits

Target gave me a run for my money lately with all these cute collections of women and girls clothes. It doesn’t have to be matching pieces but more like coordinating outfits. I swear i can always find something at Target. What’s up with this store ? You go there to buy one thing, in my case a hair gel for my son. I came home with two outfits for me and Olivia and a bunch of other knick knacks. I almost forgot the hair gel ! #mombrain again.

For today’s blog post, i thought it would be cute and fun to share mother and daughter coordinating outfits at Target. While matching outfits has been a trend, it’s not always accessible all the time and you don’t really want to match every outfit you have with your kid. You just want to color coordinate your outfits just in case you get your pictures taken. That way the colors doesn’t clash and it will look good on your Instagram feed. Take note also of the style and aesthetic you are going for. It’s really up to you what you wanted to do, but if you want to have fun this way on your Instagram then go for it !

    The Owl Dress

This dress is one of me and Olivia’s favorites. The moment I opened the package and showed the dress to her she got really excited and she wanted to try it on. We love the owl prints that it looks like its drawn and painted with colored pencil markers. She is fascinated at the prints that she keeps looking at it. It probably reminds her of a coloring book. Olivia loves to color. Every time we do Lucas’s homework , I let her do her coloring pages ,that way it gets her distracted from attacking Lucas’s work . Also , when I’m doing stuff around the house I sometimes let her do her coloring pages too instead of being on the Ipad . Times has changed definitely, it’s not uncommon anymore that you see as young as one year old watching or playing a tablet. It is just the way the world molds the society these days and it’s up to us parents to control all these high-tech things. It’s good to inject some of the old fashion ways before I get consumed with all this modernity the world brings. It’s nice to slow down things a little bit and be closer to nature instead. It reminds us of how beautiful the world we lived in.

    Xo,
